Reasons Not To Purposely Crash An RC Plane
There are so many reasons why you wouldn’t purposely go out and buy RC aircraft just to go out and crash the thing on purpose. Here are just some of the reasons why.
Price
If you are going out and wanting to buy one of the really decent models you are looking at way over £500 which of course means that if you crash the thing you are going to have to replace it. The cheapest of things to do and although there are in fact many RC Accessories that you can go and buy to replace broken ones but there is no way back if you have a petrol RC as it will explode upon impact to anything really.
Time
If you are building one of the bigger models then you are going to be spending a lot of time on it, so thats time and money wasted. On top of this it can be something that you can do with the kids and a bit of bonding time and to destroy this would be pretty harsh.
What Is The Point?
There really is no point at all in saving up a lot of money to just fly the thing into a building. People may think it will be a great video on YouTube but that doesnt mean you are going to be getting your money back so make sure you know this. If you are someone with that amount of money then just do it, I certainly would!
If you are hell bent on destroying things then go for something a bit cheaper like the plastic model kits. Perhaps it can be saved as you can glue it back together.
If your not into the planes why not try one of those RC tanks as they can be really quite fun to drive and have a mess around on, also they are very hard to break so they could be a great gift for a child or someone that is always breaking the things that they own.
